Blue Mountain Resort, a four-season resort in Eastern Pennsylvania, was spending too much time on manual accounting work across its many business lines, including retail, food and beverage, outdoor activities, tubing, and weddings. Its four-person accounting team had to copy and paste point-of-sale data into Excel, troubleshoot discrepancies by hand, and send managers reports only every two weeks, limiting timely financial insight.
