CarePro Health Services, an employee‑owned Medicare/Medicaid certified home care agency in Cedar Rapids, IA, needed a flexible technology solution to manage multiple service lines (home care, rehab, private duty, pharmacy and home medical) and disparate pay sources while supporting visit‑, hourly‑ and shift‑based scheduling. The solution automatically validates visits against certifications/authorizations, eliminates redundant data entry, simplifies creation of 485 and OASIS assessments, and unifies clinical and financial records across programs—helping CarePro maintain billing compliance, streamline operations and ensure consistent, timely patient care.
