Hancock Pharmacy is a medium-to-large pharmacy serving roughly 260 facilities (about 80% group home/LTC and 20% retail) that struggled with onboarding new sites, manual data entry across disparate systems, frequent training/retraining, and high technician workload. To address these challenges they implemented the CareSuite platform to streamline workflows and integrate with facility and clinical software.

CareSuite was rolled out to connect systems, automate doctors’ orders (sent out and signed electronically), and simplify adding new facilities. As a result Hancock Pharmacy reports no complaints in about two years, many new facilities now request CareSuite, and pharmacy technician staffing dropped from 3–4 per facility to just 1—freeing substantial technician time and improving overall efficiency.
