Hamptom News Community, a large community service provider with roughly 900 staff and an extensive clinical team, faced medication-administration challenges while using paper MARs and signing on the back of charts. They partnered with CareSuite and adopted electronic modules—most notably eMAR along with ADLs, Charting Notes, and Incident Management—to address the need for safer, more reliable medication workflows.

CareSuite implemented its eMAR and related modules across the site, replacing paper MARs and enabling staff to verify the correct route and match bubble packs to scripts at the point of care. Staff report that CareSuite’s eMAR improved medication accuracy and usability (including in a home with 10 individuals), streamlined documentation, and enhanced overall safety and efficiency.
