BayLife Pharmacy is an independent Florida pharmacy serving more than 15 assisted living facilities and home residents across Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas and Polk counties. Their challenge was to deliver a consistent, higher standard of care and reliable documentation across multiple facilities; to solve this they adopted CareSuite, a state-of-the-art, paperless medication management system.

CareSuite was implemented with facility-specific workflows, staff role assignments and training, using modules such as resident order field, cycle fill, pass meds, charting, reports and messaging.
