Life Enriching Communities (LEC) is a nearly 120‑year‑old family of senior living communities serving 800 engaged residents across two campuses. Facing fragmented, outdated communications—information scattered across a legacy in‑house TV channel, bulletin boards, flyers and mailboxes—LEC needed a single, modern platform to keep residents and staff informed with cohesive, up‑to‑date messaging.

LEC partnered with Caremerge to roll out Premium Community Signage: an In‑Room TV Channel, digital displays in common areas and the Caremerge Community Engagement app. Centralized content management (with 80+ apps) lets departments create and target content easily, delivering fresh daily updates, reducing duplication, saving staff time, and improving engagement and consistency across the communities.
