Gold’s Gym Houston, a six-location franchise in the Houston area, was struggling to attract enough qualified applicants and had inconsistent hiring practices across locations. CareerPlug implemented a centralized recruitment system that distributed job postings to high-traffic job boards and trained owners and managers on a standardized process. The change produced an immediate surge in applicants — more in the first two weeks than in the previous two years — resulting in higher-quality hires, lower turnover, and fewer open positions.
