To address this challenge, the company worked with CareerArc and its social recruiting platform to improve candidate sourcing and engagement across multiple locations.
CareerArc implemented a localized job search experience with a job map on Texas Roadhouse’s career site and supported social recruiting through channels like Facebook. The results were strong: Texas Roadhouse saw close to 400,000 applicants in 12 months, re-engaged 188,000 interested candidates, generated 240,000 Facebook views, and achieved a 50% apply conversion rate from 52,300 career site views, while also reducing hiring costs to $1.96 per applicant.
