Doctors on Call Maui is an urgent care practice serving more than 30,000 patients a year across two clinics and five virtual pharmacy locations, with about 60% of visits from one-time tourists. The group faced inefficient paper-based charting, a practice management workflow that couldn’t keep up with high patient volume, and complex billing for many out-of-state patients, which undermined financial performance.

Implementing CareCloud’s integrated platform (Charts EHR, Concierge RCM, Breeze PXM) introduced intuitive clinical workflows, real-time claims and eligibility tools, and centralized analytics to support remote billers and streamline operations.
