Vanguard Rheumatology is a Florida-based, full-service rheumatology practice led by Dr. Carlos Sesin and colleagues that provides care for arthritis, autoimmune diseases and osteoporosis. The practice struggled with a cumbersome, locally installed EHR/PM that created administrative bloat, doubled documentation time for complex encounters and drove accounts receivable above $300,000 while billing processes couldn’t scale with growing patient volume.
