With no prior paid digital advertising history, Aliera needed a way to build brand awareness and generate leads efficiently across a large national footprint, especially ahead of Open Enrollment.

Cardinal Digital Marketing launched and optimized Google Ads, Google Display Network, and Facebook Lead Ads, using audience modeling, granular plan-based targeting, and geographic budget shifts to focus spend on the best-performing areas.
