Concrete Product Manufacturer, one of the largest concrete product manufacturers in the US, needed to get out of the hassle of managing a company car program in-house. The CFO wanted to reduce administrative burden and risk while preserving the company’s employee-friendly culture and ensuring employees were made whole in the transition to a vehicle reimbursement program.
Cardata implemented a custom Fixed and Variable Rate (FAVR) vehicle reimbursement program through its managed VRP service. The solution automated mileage tracking, reimbursement calculations, monthly EFT payments, license verification, and insurance checks, while giving employees flexibility to choose their own vehicles and keep the equity in them. The result was a simpler, lower-risk program that employees came to appreciate, with reimbursements deposited on the 15th of every month and the customer becoming a long-term Cardata brand ambassador.
