MDH Partners reduces Cedar Creek’s carbon footprint by 140,000 pounds of CO₂ with CarbonCure Technologies

MDH Partners, LLC, a mission-driven industrial real estate developer, sought to reduce the carbon footprint of its new Cedar Creek Distribution Center in Lebanon, Tennessee. To meet this sustainability challenge, the company partnered with vendor CarbonCure Technologies and utilized its concrete technology for the project's tilt-up panels.

CarbonCure's solution was implemented by the ready-mix producer Irving Materials, Inc. By using CarbonCure's technology, the project permanently saved 140,000 pounds of CO₂. This measurable impact is equivalent to the amount of CO₂ that 82 acres of trees would absorb in a year. The success of this project led MDH Partners to state its intention to continue using CarbonCure in future construction across the country.
