Using Carbon DLS™ and Carbon’s software-enabled fleet coordination, OECHSLER scaled from prototype to serial production in under 100 days and delivered hundreds of thousands of helmet liners within the first 100 days, with consistent quality across Germany and China. The Carbon-enabled approach delivered mass customization, part consolidation, and process visibility (single-dashboard tracking), accelerated time to market, and led OECHSLER to expand production further—including a new US facility—reinforcing the partnership with Carbon.
