How Core3dcentres® transformed their dental model production

Core3dcentres, a Las Vegas production center serving more than 500 U.S. dental labs and producing over 20,000 models and an equal number of zirconia restorations annually, needed faster, more accurate, and more cost‑effective model production. To meet that challenge they evaluated and adopted Carbon’s dental solution—initially the M1 and DPR 10 and now the M Series printers and Digital Light Synthesis™ technology—seeking higher throughput, better surface finish, and easier integration into a digital workflow.

Carbon worked with Core3dcentres to integrate M Series printers, subscription services, intuitive software, and training into segmented production workflows. The result: within six months Core3dcentres reduced costs and exceeded throughput expectations, the majority of dental models are now produced on Carbon M Series printers, and they tripled their number of Carbon printers in one quarter with high utilization and uptime. Carbon’s support, repeatable SOPs, and data‑tracking software also improved accuracy, consistency, and traceability across their operations.
