Golden Ceramic Dental Lab, founded by Ben Topaz, is a full-service dental lab in Prospect Heights, Illinois that outsources nearly 1,000 denture pairs monthly and struggled with long overseas lead times, extra patient visits, and high refit rates. After evaluating options, Golden Ceramic Dental Lab partnered with Carbon and its Carbon M2 printer and Digital Light Synthesis (DLS) technology to explore bringing digital denture production in-house.

Using Carbon’s M2 and DLS, Golden Ceramic Dental Lab began producing DENTCA and Dentsply Sirona Lucitone digital dentures locally, cutting production time to three–four weeks, reducing patient visits by 40%, lowering refits by 85%, and shrinking overall denture creation time by more than 50% while moving volume from overseas to U.S. production—demonstrating Carbon’s measurable impact on speed, quality, and operational control.
