Albéa and Erpro Design High-End Sis Perfume Packaging

Albéa, a beauty packaging company, faced the challenge of creating a luxurious, high-end decorative badge for a limited edition solid perfume. They needed a manufacturing process that allowed for a rapid development cycle and quick production ramp-up while maintaining an exceptional level of detail and strength. They partnered with vendor Carbon and its production partner, Erpro, to utilize the Carbon Digital Light Synthesis™ (Carbon DLS™) printing process.

Using Carbon's EPX 82 material, the solution enabled flexible customization and rapid prototyping without expensive molds. Carbon and Erpro produced five design iterations in two weeks before scaling to full production. This approach saved valuable time and cost compared to traditional methods. The result was the successful and quick production of 12,000 high-quality badges, meeting all quality and durability requirements for the final product.
