Los Angeles International Airport faced fragmented, slow asset tracking across nine terminals and needed a mobile, real-time inspection solution to replace spreadsheets and phone calls. Carahsoft supplied Adobe Experience Manager forms (part of Adobe Marketing Cloud) to give terminal managers a freeform, tablet-based way to record conditions and report status from the field.
Carahsoft’s implementation put customized Adobe Experience Manager forms on iPads for 20 terminal managers to inspect 1,900 critical assets, feeding a back-end SQL database and intuitive dashboards for about 50 executives. The solution replaced manual processes, delivered real-time situational awareness across all nine terminals, improved emergency response, and helped enhance the passenger experience for roughly 72 million annual travelers.
