County of San Diego - Customer Case Study

County of San Diego, the fifth-largest U.S. county serving more than three million residents, faced an aging web platform that limited mobile access, departmental autonomy, and efficient forms processing across roughly 50 departmental sites. To modernize citizen-facing services and streamline internal workflows, County of San Diego partnered with Carahsoft to deploy Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Manager Forms as part of the Adobe Marketing Cloud.

Carahsoft helped implement the on-premise Adobe Experience Manager solution, migrating about 70,000 pages, building templates and custom components, and enabling Sites, Assets, Communities and Forms capabilities. As a result, County of San Diego departments can update content directly, deliver mobile-friendly experiences, automate hundreds of e-forms (eliminating printing/scanning and reducing inspection backlogs), speed eligibility determinations, and improve service delivery, cost efficiency, and taxpayer value.
