The Northern Land Council (NLC) engaged Captovate to develop five comprehensive eLearning packages for its Rangers. The challenge was to provide essential operational and ethical training that was culturally appropriate and grounded in the real-world scenarios unique to the NLC staff's responsibilities and environment.

Captovate implemented a constructive learning solution using hand-drawn Indigenous characters, authentic Indigenous voices, and custom graphics to create highly engaging and relatable modules. The final packages successfully equipped NLC Rangers with practical knowledge and tools, resonating with them through its authentic and culturally respectful approach, thereby empowering them to critically analyse their roles.
