Best Western Hotel Enhances Guest Satisfaction with RaGaPa CaptiveXS Solution

Best Western Hotel, located near South Bay/LAX, needed fast, secure and easy-to-use guest Wi‑Fi that would both maintain high guest satisfaction and let the hotel capture real-time feedback and promote offers. To address these challenges the hotel worked with CaptiveXS (RaGaPa CaptiveXS integration alongside Netgear hardware) to deliver a unified guest connectivity and engagement platform.

CaptiveXS was deployed as a cloud-managed captive portal that displays surveys, promotions and ads on any browser or device, provides analytics on devices and usage, and enforces a 25 Mbps per-user cap and content filtering for consistent performance and safety. The solution gave Best Western Hotel instant guest data and feedback, increased exposure to special offers, enabled monetization through Wi‑Fi advertising, and — according to the vendor — can pay for itself in a little over one year, improving customer impressions and boosting business.
