MediaCom worked with Captify to help Universal Orlando Resort shift perceptions from a theme park destination to a full holiday experience, while also driving booking growth from new audiences. The campaign needed to prospect new consumers, re-engage core families, attract millennials, and defend share against competitors like Disney.
Captify used its search intelligence platform and high-quality first-party search data to build custom audiences, including a “Next-Generation” segment, and activate video, rich media, and high-impact brand formats. Captify delivered measurable uplift, including VTR 13% above target, Lightbox engagement 31% above target, Skin CTR 18% above target, 444% more likelihood to search for UOR after exposure, and a 6.7% increase in share of search.
