Emirates worked with Captify® to raise awareness of its Economy class offering among affluent ABC1 adults aged 25–54. The challenge was to highlight the benefits of Emirates’ onboard service to potential flyers in a more relevant and engaging way.

Captify® used Search Intelligence to power a dynamic, personalized interactive video campaign based on users’ actual travel interests, such as onboard service, free Wi‑Fi, and kids’ entertainment. The campaign delivered strong engagement, with users watching 87% of each video on average, a 25% uplift in performance versus standard pre-roll, and an additional 27 seconds spent interacting within the unit.
