Bose partnered with Captify to launch its first wellness product, Bose Noise-Masking Sleepbuds™, across the UK, France, and Germany. The challenge was to shift Bose’s perception from an entertainment brand to a wellness brand, reach high-income consumers with noise-related sleep issues, and build awareness for a premium-priced product in a new category.
Captify used Search Intelligence to identify in-market sleep sufferers and uncover wider receptive audiences through connected search behaviours and lifestyle triggers, then activated a full-funnel campaign across video and display. The campaign delivered strong performance, with viewability of 79%–82% and video completion rates of 68%–75%, and exposed users were up to 36x more likely to search for Bose Sleepbuds, while also being up to 31x more likely to search for Bose and Bose headphones.
