California State Association of Counties launches a modern website ahead of its Spring 2025 Advocacy Conference with Capitol Tech Solutions

The California State Association of Counties (CSAC) needed a modern, mobile-responsive website to serve as a central hub for its advocacy and member services. Their previous site was outdated, difficult to manage, and not fully accessible. CSAC partnered with Capitol Tech Solutions to create a scalable platform that could integrate with their Association Management System (AMS) and streamline content publishing.

Capitol Tech Solutions developed a custom WordPress site using the BRICKS builder, which provided CSAC with simplified workflows and full control over content. The solution included a custom integration with their Rhythm AMS for dynamic member content and ensured full ADA/WCAG 2.2 AA compliance. The new website delivered a more accessible and functional experience for users, empowered internal teams to manage updates efficiently, and was successfully launched ahead of schedule for CSAC’s Spring 2025 Advocacy Conference.
