TungLok Group, a Singapore-based operator of 35+ restaurants known for both traditional and Modern Chinese cuisine and collaborations with celebrity chefs, faced a crowded F&B market and the need to modernize its legacy card-based loyalty program. The brand wanted to reposition as customer-first, boost awareness of a new loyalty offering, and use data to drive higher registrations, visits and sales.
Working with Capillary and using Insights+, Engage+ and Loyalty+, TungLok launched a multichannel loyalty program with a customer-facing microsite, segmented targeting and personalized promotions to improve ATV, visit frequency and ROI. Within 12 months loyalty sales rose 93% and repeat customers increased 171%; the program also won Gold for Best Loyalty Program – F&B (The Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2017).
