Wind Tre Calls in New Marketing Capabilities in Support of Customer Experience

Wind Tre partnered with Capgemini to transform its customer experience and marketing operations, moving from scheduled campaigns to a more personalized, one-to-one approach driven by a central decision authority. The challenge was to improve relevance, agility, and the effectiveness of customer outreach across inbound and outbound communication, using a modern stack that included Pega, Adobe, and Google Cloud components.

Capgemini implemented Pega Customer Decision Hub, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Analytics, and Google Cloud services as the foundation of Wind Tre’s new contextual marketing automation platform. The result was real-time, event-based engagement at scale: more than 100 AI models inform each decision, the system processes over 1,000 events per second, and it delivers 100 million decisions per day, significantly improving the effectiveness of Wind Tre’s communications.
