Vinci Energies modernizes and optimizes its data integration

VINCI Energies, a subsidiary of VINCI Group, needed a more modern way to collect and aggregate data across its 2,000 autonomous companies. Its existing ETL-based integration setup could not easily handle growing data volumes, and the company wanted a more flexible, scalable, API-based approach. VINCI Energies worked with Capgemini and MuleSoft’s Anypoint iPaaS integration and API platform to support this transformation.

Capgemini helped design and implement the new integration platform, migrate existing applications to a unified API base, and support the internal team through a co-construction model and knowledge transfer. The full transformation was completed in under three years, with no disruption to operations, and VINCI Energies now manages the platform independently. The company also reported tangible improvements in development speed and an estimated 30% reduction in development costs versus previous methods.
