This implementation led to a significant 10% reduction in procurement costs, saving NOK 25 million annually, and dramatically improved contract compliance from 56% to over 91%. The solution also increased productivity for its 1,600 users, with Capgemini's technology becoming central to the municipality's procurement strategy.
