Transforming Retail – Launch a ‘Wow’ Factor to Differentiate Your Brand

Nobia, one of Europe's largest kitchen manufacturers, faced the challenge of differentiating its brand through an innovative in-store customer experience and improving the integration of its online and physical retail relationships. To address this, the company partnered with vendor Capgemini to pilot the use of its 3D Modeler tool at new concept stores.

The solution from Capgemini allowed customers to design their kitchens on a tablet, arrange physical 3D-printed models on an interactive table, and then step into their creation using virtual reality goggles. This interactive process made the experience fun and intuitive, helping customers visualize their dream kitchens and make decisions much faster. As a result, Nobia achieved a highly differentiated customer experience that accelerated the sales process and provided early positive feedback from both customers and sales associates.
