The Reach Agency - Customer Case Study

The Reach Agency, an Irish government body, faced the challenge of delivering e-Government services by creating a common, secure access point for citizens and businesses. To achieve this objective, the agency partnered with Capgemini to procure and oversee the implementation of a new technological framework, the Public Service Broker (PSB).

Capgemini provided consulting and technology services to manage the complex procurement and development process. This collaboration resulted in a successfully launched PSB, an integration framework based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles. The solution, recognized by the European Union, accelerated the Irish Government's deployment of e-services in a consistent and cost-effective manner through the portal reachservices.ie.
