Case Study: BMW Group Mexico achieves stronger sustainable supply chains with Capgemini

A Capgemini Case Study

Preview of the BMW Group Mexico Case Study

The BMW Group strengthens its frontrunner position in sustainable supply chains

BMW Group Mexico faced growing pressure to adapt its purchasing and supplier processes to new sustainability strategy requirements and legal regulations for sustainable supply chains. With Capgemini Invent, the company needed to help more than 1,200 stakeholders, including purchasers and direct suppliers, understand and apply new sustainability expectations in their day-to-day work.

Capgemini Invent implemented an agile change, communication, and enablement program with tailored messaging and interactive, web-based learning journeys, plus coaching and community sessions. The result was higher acceptance, enthusiasm, and support for the transformation, along with improved understanding of regulations such as the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and stronger integration of sustainability into procurement processes.
