Tet improved the customer experience through automation

Tet, a Latvia-based technology and entertainment company, was looking to improve the customer experience as it launched a digital transformation journey across services such as consumer electronics, TV, internet, electricity, and more. Working with Capgemini, Tet needed to handle rising customer expectations while moving toward more seamless, automated service and order fulfillment across channels.

Capgemini implemented Vlocity cloud software on Salesforce and helped Tet roll out automation in phases, with incremental design, data migration, and train-the-trainer enablement. The new processes were launched across online platforms, call centers, and retail locations, reducing manual work, improving employee focus on higher-value tasks, and creating a more efficient, better-supported customer journey.
