The Telegraph Media Group (TMG), a major UK newspaper and digital publisher, faced challenges with its outdated, decade-old subscription management system which hindered product innovation and customer service. Capgemini designed and integrated a new on-demand subscription system, which replaced TMG's legacy application with new CRM and financial management facilities.
