The Telegraph Media Group (TMG), a major UK newspaper and digital publisher, faced challenges with its outdated, decade-old subscription management system which hindered product innovation and customer service. They partnered with vendor Capgemini to implement a modern, flexible solution to improve call center operations and enable faster product launches using a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model based on salesforce.com.

Capgemini designed and integrated a new on-demand subscription system, which replaced TMG's legacy application with new CRM and financial management facilities. The project was completed in just six months, minimizing upfront costs and leading to a significantly improved user experience, greater business flexibility, and an expected rapid return on investment.
