Capgemini implemented a solution by enhancing SP Group's SAP for Utilities and CRM applications and building a new Business Data Lake and customer portals. This enabled seamless switching between providers, provided customers with a price comparison website, and offered retailers the option to use SP Group's billing services for a single, consolidated utility bill. The digital transformation made SP Group's operations more flexible and efficient, equipping them to provide best-in-class service and support for the newly open market.
