Capgemini partnered with a global provider of risk management products and services to redefine the customer's role in insurance. The challenge was to create new products and services that would guide consumers in assessing, protecting against, and recovering from the risks of everyday life.

To meet this challenge, Capgemini developed the Time Machine program, a post-incident warranty and financing solution for damaged phones. The solution was successfully launched through the client’s existing partnership with T-Mobile, becoming a core part of the T-Mobile Jump plan. This provided T-Mobile with crucial market differentiation and generated significant revenue and underwriting business for the client.
