The Norwegian Red Cross sought to better utilize the vast amount of anonymous data it gathered from its Kors på Halsen phone and web chat service for young people. Their challenge was to transform this raw data into actionable insights to understand the topics and issues concerning children and youth across Norway. They partnered with Capgemini to address this need.
Capgemini implemented a custom Microsoft Power BI-based solution to visualize the service's data. The interactive reports provide clear insights into query distribution by topic, age, gender, and geography, enabling more effective leadership. This has given the Norwegian Red Cross a greater understanding of youth concerns, allowing them to provide guidance to key decision makers and journalists to help create better conditions for young people.
