Panasonic Automotive creates a data foundation for success

Panasonic Automotive Systems Company of America (PASA) faced challenges with manual data processes and limited analysis tools, which prevented timely access to information and forced the company to be reactive. To build a data-driven foundation, PASA partnered with vendor Capgemini to implement a new data platform.

Capgemini helped PASA create a data lake and warehouse on the Microsoft Azure platform, utilizing Power BI for visualization and SAP for data integration. This solution significantly improved data access, reducing data extraction times from a week to just hours and cutting report refresh times from two hours to 30 minutes. The new system provided a stable foundation for future AI and machine learning initiatives and empowered employees to make faster, data-informed decisions.
