Ncell modernizes and streamlines its business spend management

Ncell Axiata Limited, the largest mobile operator in Nepal, needed to modernize its outdated and manual procurement system to gain better spending control and reduce operational costs. To overcome this, the company partnered with Capgemini to overhaul its business spend management processes.

Capgemini implemented Coupa’s Source-to-Pay, Supplier Information Management, and Advanced Analytics modules, integrating them with Ncell’s SAP system. Despite the challenges of a remote implementation during the pandemic, the 11-month project was a success. The solution delivered by Capgemini provided Ncell with streamlined operations, enhanced data visibility for reporting, and the ability to leverage pre-negotiated contracts, resulting in significant cost savings and reduced risk.
