Large Independent Beverage Bottler, one of the world’s largest independent beverage bottlers, needed to boost growth and profitability while reducing costs, improving logistics and resource use, and consolidating its application support under a single end-to-end partner. It turned to Capgemini for an ADMnext for SAP Solutions transformation program to modernize its complex global IT landscape.

Capgemini implemented an end-to-end SAP transformation covering incident management, support, testing, automation, and business value management across 13 countries. The results included €1.2M in savings, an 85% cut in monthly legacy maintenance effort, 99.99% inventory accuracy, and more than 3,000 hours of annual manual work eliminated, along with faster issue resolution and lower IT and ADM operating costs.
