Louisiana-Pacific (LP), a North American manufacturer of engineered wood products, sought to modernize its outdated, manual HR processes for recruiting and onboarding. As part of a larger IT transformation, LP partnered with the vendor Capgemini to implement the SAP SuccessFactors solution to improve the overall employee experience.

Working with Capgemini, the company successfully deployed SAP SuccessFactors, which integrated with its existing SAP environment. This solution provided managers with greater visibility into employee training and data, moved HR staff to more value-added work, and improved employee retention by identifying training gaps and enabling better succession planning.
