Liberty Latin America, a leading telecom provider across Latin America and the Caribbean, wanted to launch a digital transformation to overcome legacy technical limitations that were holding back growth. To support better B2C and B2B customer experiences, Liberty Latin America partnered with Capgemini and selected Salesforce Communications Cloud and TM Forum-based MuleSoft APIs as part of its modernization effort.

Capgemini helped Liberty Latin America create a standardized 360-degree customer view and integrate new platforms with legacy systems through a flexible, iterative rollout. The results included 50% reusability in TMF Open APIs, an 80% increase in data accuracy, and a 40% reduction in time to market, while also improving customer experience, AI-driven insights, and scalability for more than 6.4 million video, internet, and fixed-line customers and 7.5 million mobile subscribers.
