LEONI, a global cable and harnessing manufacturer, faced the challenge of aligning its splintered corporate culture with its new Future vision. They partnered with Capgemini Invent to better coordinate with employees and identify key opportunities for cultural improvement across their global operations.
Capgemini implemented a solution centered around an agile, co-designing approach, utilizing a global employee communication platform and Design Thinking Labs. Following the principles of the New Change Deal, this process engaged employees worldwide to prototype tangible solutions for cultural pain points. With Capgemini's support, LEONI successfully included all employees in the process and turned its vision into a realized target culture.
