Jaguar Land Rover Europe simplifies campaign management and reporting with the EVEREST application

Jaguar Land Rover Europe needed a better way to track and manage variable marketing expense across its retail campaigns, while standardising campaign creation, reporting, and retailer claims handling across European markets. Working with Capgemini and using Salesforce technology, JLR set out to replace its decentralised process with a single, more transparent tool for campaign management and reporting.

Capgemini implemented the Salesforce-based Enhanced Variable Expense Reporting System (EVEREST), which streamlined budget planning, automated claims processing, and improved real-time visibility into spend versus budget. The results included more detailed campaign tracking, simpler retailer reporting, and stronger business insights, with EVEREST now used by more than 900 users across 10 European countries and managing over 45,000 claims at a time.
