Iveco Group’s intelligent supply chain ensures efficiency and sustainability

Iveco Group, a global commercial-vehicle manufacturer with a highly complex supply chain, wanted greater visibility, consistency, and control across its disparate processes and systems. Working with Capgemini and AWS, the company set out to build a Digital Control Tower to improve decision-making, track shipments, and support sustainability goals.

Capgemini helped implement an AWS-based Control Tower using an agile, Scrum-driven approach, adding capabilities such as dock scheduling, E2E inbound traceability, supplier arbitration, and yard management. The result was end-to-end supply chain visibility, better forecasting and resource allocation, real-time disruption management, and automated CO2 tracking for Scope 3 emissions, helping Iveco Group reduce waste and advance its sustainability roadmap.
