Leading UK-Based Public Services Provider sought to improve the efficiency of its critical Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and gain better visibility into invoice workflows and KPI performance. It turned to Capgemini for help identifying erroneous MM invoices, improving controls, and building stronger monitoring and measurement capabilities, using Capgemini’s ADMnext offering and Business Insightful Services (BIS).

Capgemini designed and deployed a solution that transformed the application landscape with SAP MM and Finance, implemented Business Command Center, and created real-time dashboards for KPI tracking and issue resolution. The results included faster processing of about 550 invoices per month worth €6.5M, a 60% reduction in invoicing errors, savings of about three FTEs, and a 12% monthly reduction in MM invoices with erroneous workflows, significantly improving P2P efficiency and system availability.
