Capgemini implemented a one-team transformation using ITIL 4.0-based AMS, Agile PLM, test automation, and a Product-oriented Delivery model across 84 applications. The results included $5 million in annual cost savings from improved quoting, $235,000 saved in three weeks, a 35% drop in high-impact tickets, 11% lower ticket volume, 33% faster part acquisition and delivery, a 98% reduction in Hypercare tickets, and a 14% lower part acquisition fail rate.
