Capgemini helped Great Lakes Cheese implement SAP SuccessFactors, integrated with Benefitfocus, to create a company-wide HR platform for benefits, payroll, onboarding, and self-service. The results included a one-stop shop for employees, improved compliance review for benefits, less paperwork, and easier updates to personal information, while the rollout stayed on time and on budget over an 18-month delivery window.
