A Capgemini Case Study
FARYS, a utilities provider in Belgium’s Flanders region, wanted to become more efficient, lower costs, and improve how it expands and engages with customers through a digital transformation. Working with Capgemini and SAP, FARYS introduced SAP S/4HANA and the SAP Business Technology platform to build a fully digital core.
Capgemini helped design the transformation roadmap and implement the new platform, enabling FARYS to run nearly all services on SAP S/4HANA. The result was lower costs, greater efficiency, better insight and visibility across the business, and more flexibility through tools like smart meters, mobile applications, and an online customer portal.
