The European Executive Panel – Digital Welfare, a group of welfare organizations from multiple countries, faced challenges stemming from economic pressures and increased demands to expand services. To address these issues and implement digital solutions, they collaborated with Capgemini, leveraging its Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE) workshop format.

Capgemini organized and facilitated a two-day ASE workshop in Berlin, which brought together international executives to exchange ideas. The solution resulted in the co-creation of several digital service concepts, including a holistic scenario planning tool for citizens and a comprehensive welfare portal. The workshop's success led to positive feedback from participants, the decision to make it an annual event, and the establishment of a LinkedIn group to ensure ongoing collaboration.
